This charming, fully renovated, waterfront craftsman style cottage features 3+ bedrooms and 2 full baths with private beach and central air-conditioning. Our Paddleboats, Kayaks, Stand-up Paddleboards, floating swim raft, and sand toys are included. A gorgeous new pier provides ample space for lounging and fishing. All new floors, brand new kitchen and bathrooms, new plumbing/electric/HVAC/water softener/well, and gorgeous decor will welcome you and give you the perfect luxury lake vacation. Wireless internet is ready for your use. Cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, a DVD player and a large selection of movies provide entertainment when you're ready to relax. Central air conditioning keeps you comfortable all summer. The home easily sleeps up to 12. Upstairs features a Master bedroom with a new King bed and a crib, a second bedroom with a queen bed and room for a provided pack and play, a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds, and a flex space with a full bed. The lower level family room has a pull-out couch. There is a full bathroom conveniently located on each floor. The main level features a kitchen, family room, two dining areas, and a full bathroom with shower. Central air, heat, and washer/dryer. Linens are provided. Our home has over 80 feet of private sand beach leading into the gradual entry lake. Excellent for kids! The floating swim raft with reclined seats and a slide offers the best seat in the house. The beach was resanded in June 2016 and is full of soft, clean sand. A new upper tier beach was built Spring of June 2019 to provide beach space even when water levels are high. Adirondack chairs and a large bench are provided on the beach. The firepit in the sand is a magical place to end the day. The yard features a large playset with swings for kids and also a Step 2 climber for toddlers. There is over 1200sf of beautiful new decking to welcome you comfortably to the outdoors. The front porch offers a quiet respite to enjoy the birds and trees. The upper level deck is on the lakeside and features comfortable sectional seating and breathtaking lake views. The lower level deck offers direct access to the kitchen and features two dining areas and additional seating. This home is located on 90 acre Cable Lake, which is a private non-motor lake in Sister Lakes, MI. This quiet, clean lake is perfect for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, paddle boating, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, and swimming. The fishing is outstanding. We also have platted access to a dedicated boat launch less than 1/4 mile away for all-sport Little Crooked Lake (as well as another 5 all-sport lakes within a few miles), so bring your boats and water toys and enjoy the best of both worlds! Please note that some amenities are stored for winter during the low season. From approximately mid-October through end of April, the pier and swim raft are taken out, watercraft and sand toys are removed and stored for the winter, and outdoor furniture cushions are stored. Amenities are reinstated as soon as weather and conditions are allowed.

Come and enjoy yourself in our beautifully remodeled lake home. This 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom home has plenty of room to sleep 14-16 people. There is also room to put blow up mattresses on the floor. There is a sandy beach for kids to play. The bottom of the lake has a gradual slope that is all sand, and great for swimming. Little Crooked Lake is a 105 acre lake that is all sports. So bring your boats, skis, and swimming suits to have a great time on this little gem of a lake!!

Enjoy this well appointed 5 bedroom, 3 level, air conditioned lake house situated on Little Crooked Lake in the popular Sister Lakes of Southwest Michigan. Only 2 hours from Chicago and 3 hours from Detroit! The home sleeps 13 in beds with additional capacity of two full size couches. Four of the five bedrooms have stunning views of pristine Little Crooked Lake, an all sports lake. Enjoy two large decks, one of which is shaded with a custom awning. Your own private sandy beach is equipped with a pier, floating swimming raft and fire pit. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and walks out onto the decks that overlook the water. Plenty of space with a living room, a rec room and an extra large deck covered with a waterproof awning. Five cable connected TVs, game system, karaoke machine and CDs and upright piano. Newly remodeled rec room and bathrooms. A paddle boat is included with your rental fee. The house rental also includes high speed wireless internet access. A refreshing outdoor shower is located next to the shed on the main deck. Rainy day? No problem! Our lake house is located close to the action in Sister Lakes. Walk to the Driftwood Summer Shop for ice cream (only 1/3 mile), take the kids to the old fashioned roller skating rink or take a short drive to the drive-in theatre (yes they still have ‘em!). the house is a short walk to restaurants and pubs. We are also less than a mile to shopping, several restaurants and a couple of popular pubs. there is a quaint shopping district on the shores of Lake Michigan in St. Joseph, MI only a 20 minute drive. Restaurants and pubs are also nearby in cute downtown Dowagiac - just 9 miles. Description of the bedrooms: Room 1: 1st floor Lakeview - 2 twin beds. Room 2: 1st floor Lakeview - 2 twin beds. Room 3: 2nd floor Streetside - 1 queen bed Room 4 & 5: are a suite of rooms. You must pass through room 4 with 1 queen bed to enter room 5 which has 2 sets of bunk beds for a total sleeping capacity of 4 (great for kids!). We call this the family suite. There is also a day bed on the top floor. Amenities: high speed wireless internet access, bed linens, pillows, beach chairs and flotation toys, washer and dryer, 12-cup coffee maker, dishwasher and detergent, toaster, six televisions, game system, karaoke machine, local and long distance phone service, 6 burner stainless steel gas grill with cooking gas, CD player, gas range and refrigerator, microwave oven, pots/pans, dishes and kitchen utensils. They are nearly the same size - Little Crooked is 103 acres, Big Crooked 110 - their shape and the lay of the land leaves Big Crooked with nearly twice as much shoreline. There are also public parks in the area as well as golf courses, wineries, breweries, theaters, shopping, and the Four Winds Casino in Dowagiac. The resort town of St. Joseph on Lake Michigan is only 20 minutes away. Looking for a little adventure outside of water sports... Check out the snowmobile trail that runs between Sister Lakes and Grand Rapids and a biking trail that runs between Sister Lakes and the airport in Dowagiac. The surrounding countryside is part of the Michigan fruit belt, with wineries and apple, strawberry, peach, and cherry farms with roadside stands or you pick excursions. The entire cottage is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between yourcheck-in and check-out times. Come back after a great day of exploring and enjoy access to a kitchen with a stovetop, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Sleeps 8 comfortably.
